  Jonathan and his team provide amazing customer service. Both he and Joyce are very professional and friendly. With their help, our company (200+ employees) has been able to administer our health insurance plans with ease. The team is very responsive and willing to help with any request, big or small.   Been with them for a couple of years now. One of the best decisions I ever made was to go with Jonathan. Everyone else I spoke to gave me a lot of double talk and technical jargon that made my head spin. Hey, I’m not in the insurance business. Jonathan gave it to me straight, simple and clear. What a pleasure not being talked down to. Customer service is unparalleled, hard to find that today. Response time is great. Between him and Joyce they have all our bases covered. Their monthly updates are great and keep us informed about many helpful important issues. Haven’t had many problems, but every one of them were resolved 100% satisfactorily. Now, if he could only pitch for the Yankees, wouldn’t that be great.
